How JCCNV collects, uses, and protects your information.

We collect information you voluntarily provide through our membership applications, contact forms, and newsletter signups. This may include your name, email, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, parish of origin, occupation, and program interests.

  • To send community announcements, newsletters, and event invitations (with consent)
  • To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form
  • To maintain accurate corporate records required by NRS Chapter 82 and the IRS

JCCNV does not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers (e.g., payment processors, email platforms) strictly to deliver organizational services, and with regulators when required by law.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill our nonprofit purposes and comply with Nevada and federal record-keeping requirements (typically 7 years for financial records).
