Established June 4th, 2026, the Jamaican Community Center Las Vegas, NV is incorporated under NRS Chapter 82 and organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and community-benefit purposes within IRC §501(c)(3).

To uplift, empower, and support the Jamaican community in Las Vegas through cultural preservation, education, community development, and charitable programs that strengthen families, celebrate heritage, and build unity.

Articles of Incorporation (Summary)
The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and community-benefit purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. No part of the net earnings shall inure to the benefit of any private individual. The corporation shall not participate in political campaigns or engage in substantial lobbying activities. Upon dissolution, all assets shall be distributed for one or more exempt purposes within the meaning of §501(c)(3), or to a state or local government for a public purpose.
Bylaws (Summary)
The principal office is located in Clark County, Nevada. The Board consists of not fewer than three (3) directors serving two-year terms. The fiscal year runs January 1 – December 31. The corporation shall not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, gender, age, disability, religion, or any protected class.
