Preamble
JCCNV United exists to uplift, unite, and empower the Caribbean community in Las Vegas through soccer, culture, and leadership. This constitution establishes the governance, authority, and operational standards of the club.
Article I — Name & Identity
- The official name is JCCNV United.
- The club identity is rooted in Jamaican culture, community unity, and elite soccer development.
- The club colors are Green, Gold, Black, with Caribbean Blue as an accent.
Article II — Purpose
The purpose of JCCNV United is to:
- Provide world-class soccer development
- Promote Jamaican cultural heritage
- Build community and leadership
- Create opportunities for youth and families

Handled by Cultural Council (events, cultural programming).

Handled by Compliance Panel (emergencies, safeguarding).
